No remedial action is necessary at SWMU 58 to ensure the protection of human health and the environment. Therefore, none of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Subsection 121 statutory determinations are necessary since no remedy is being selected. Since no site-related hazardous substances are present onsite above levels that allow for umlimited use and unrestricted exposure, the five-year review will not apply at this site.
