Meeting notes are simple and are contained in this email. Staff from the Radford AAP (Government and Operation Contractor), DEQ, ARCADIS, Shaw and URS were present at or before 7:00PM to support the subject meeting. See attached sign-in sheet for details. I have also attached the public notice. By 8:01pm no one from the RAB or the public showed up so I adjourned the meeting/information poster session. Weather may have been a factor.

In any case we had and still have a lot of information to share plus a lot of effort went into preparing for and holding this meeting.
Therefore we will have this poster session for the next meeting which is 7:00pm Thursday March 19, 2009 at the NRVCC.
