Meeting Notes

Meeting started at approximately 700pm. Several citizens attended and thought the Restoration Advisory Board meeting was going to discuss the recently announced Open Burning Ground (OBG) class 2 permit modification.  As a result, Mr. McKenna provided an overview of the purpose of the Radford AAP Installation Restoration Program, the RAB, the purpose of this RAB meeting and that active plant operations such as the OBG were outside the scope of the IRP and the RAB meeting.  After about an hour and a half, the meeting got back to its original purpose so that the IRP contractor prepared material could be shared and discussed as originally intended.  Meeting ended at approximately 900pm.
